London City Limits

The city of London – pretty, gritty and green. This spring/summer 2016, when it comes to Jacket Required and the brands that join together in just a couple of weeks’ time – low-key luxury knows no limits.

East London’s Gherkin, Heron Tower, Leadenhall Building and Walkie-Talkie at 20 Fenchurch Street all accessorise London’s architectural heritage – decorating the streets and skyline of our capital with a combination of classic and contemporary constructions – juxtaposed yet complementary – much like the collections on display within the whitewashed walls of Shoreditch’s Old Truman Brewery, for the upcoming, ninth edition of the premium menswear trade show.

If you haven't yet received an email to confirm your invitation to the next edition, taking place on 29 & 30 July, please register your details on the Jacket Required website.

Martone Cycling Co.

What bike will you wear today? The Martone Cycling Co is a fashion and design-driven bicycle brand, founded by Lorenzo Martone and David Thomas in 2013. Nicknamed MCC, the company designs city bikes aimed at 21st-century couture- conscious clients. Currently available in select speciality and bike stores across the US and Europe, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Fred Segal, Colette, Le Bon MarchĂ© and The Conran Shop – the brand welcomes you to a whole new world of cycling that complements your clothing.

All bikes are monochromatic, apart from a signature red chain, and each features SRAM Automatix – an innovative two-speed gear system that shifts gears automatically depending on slope and speed – letting the rider glide sartorially smoothly. A bike that looks as good as it rides – a bold statement of personal style for fashion-forward commuters.

Mr Stanford

After years of living in South East Asia, unable to find an umbrella that would stand up to the tropical monsoon and still look good – Mr Stanford decided to make his own. Inspired by travel and tradition, Mr Stanford Umbrellas use the finest fabrics and finishes – designed and handmade in England so you look your best, even when the weather conspires against it.

With its studio taking residency in the old Argus newspaper building in Brighton’s vibrant North Laine area, all prints, weaves and finishes are designed in-house, woven in Italy, with printing carried out in London by England’s oldest umbrella manufacturer. Dedicated to producing its product in the UK where possible, Mr Stanford updates a British classic for a present-day connoisseur.

Portland England

Men’s British grooming brand Portland England launches with a range of exceptional products. With a desire to push the boundaries of men’s skincare, friends and co-founders Misa Zahar and Bella Middleton have introduced the science found in women's products to men's skincare – creating an innovative range of products. All made in Britain in small batches, ph-balanced and suitable for even the most sensitive skin, the range feeds and helps hydrate the skin while cleansing, moisturising and protecting it before, during and after shaving.

The duo have combined their joint experience of men's grooming and menswear in Portland England – ensuring each bespoke formulation is a sensitive marriage of advanced science and natural ingredients – safe, effective and proven to work.

Brooks Heritage

Looking to the past to inspire its future, the Brooks Running Company Heritage Collection is a footwear line curated to honour and celebrate the history, heritage and spirit of the run. Leveraging 100 years of legendary running success, leading design and harking back to its brand DNA, the label re-creates the magic of the 1970s and 1980s through compelling, inspirational and historical footwear that will evoke a visceral response from customers of all ages.

A king of collaborations, the brand has partnered with iconic industry institutions, including special-edition styles with streetwear emporium BAIT, Boston-based retailer Concepts, premium Philidelphia boutique UBIQ and Tokyo's iconic sneaker store Atmos. Its latest collection pays homage to the running boom of the 70s, as the brand re-releases retro shoes from its archive – a labour of love to bring back models that were at the cutting-edge of technology and performance, creating a thoughtful collection representative of its era-defining historic styles with a revised, refined, sleek and modern aesthetic.

Roamers & Seekers
