Ones to watch: British brands

As a London based show, Jacket Required is an undeniably British show. Whilst we welcome brands from all around the world to each season of Jacket Required, it’s the British brands showing with us that we’re here to shout about today.

Good For Nothing

Good For Nothing in name, but good for everything in nature, this Manchester based brand brings personality to its designs. Good For Nothing is more than a fashion label; it’s a perspective and an attitude, one which unites their wearers and encourages individualism above all else.

A strong name at Jacket Required, Sanders is all about the classic British look. Based in footwear’s spiritual home, Northamptonshire, the expert shoemakers at Sanders have refined the art of the classic leather brogue. With almost 150 years of history, Sanders are a force to be reckoned with.

Dreamed up and created in the UK capital, new kids on the block ADYN embody everything that’s exciting about London’s streetwear scene. Creating menswear with a decidedly contemporary aesthetic, we’re excited to see more of ADYN’s collection this season.

The British Bag Company

A brand so decidedly British it’s in the name. The British Bag Company has mastered the art of combining countryside classics and urban essentials. Inspired by Britain’s rich heritage, expect to see premium materials, innovative designs and a classic aesthetic.

L.F. Markey

Thought “workwear” and “luxury” couldn’t be one and the same? Think again. Dalston-based brand L.F. Markey combine bright and bold fabrics with industrial classics, like denim and utilitarian cuts, to create something totally unique. With a focus on high-quality, ethical pieces, L.F. Markey will be exhibiting their capsule menswear collection as well as being an exciting addition to Jacket Required’s growing womenswear line-up.
Discover the best of British brands and exhibit amongst them at Jacket Required SS20. Join the collective at the Old Truman Brewery on 24th & 25th July 2019.
